How does the website work?
When you place a booking and make payment with us we confirm your booking and send you booking receipts for each activity booked. The booking receipt provides all the information you need to know including pick up times and contact details for the Bali Tour Company providing you activity. We ask that you print this off and take it to Bali with you as proof of payment for your activity.
What payments do you accept?
Paypal is our chosen method of payment as it is fast and one of the safest, most secure forms of payment over the internet. Paypal also accepts VISA and Mastercard as payment without having to signup to Paypal.
We also accept bank deposit however please be aware bank deposit is a slower method of payment resulting in confirmation booking receipts being delayed until payment has cleared.
I have choosen to pay via bank transfer-where do i transfer payment to?

Please use your surname as the reference and If possible scan and email a receipt of the transaction to info@balisuccesstours.com to enable us to process your booking as quickly as possible.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes definitely. We are based in Australia however encourage people all over the world to book with us. Payment can only be made through Paypal and will be charged in Australian dollars. We have provided a currency converter for you to work out our prices in your currency.
What happens once I’ve paid?
You will receive via email separate booking receipts for all activities booked- it is important you print these off and take them to Bali with you to present at your various activities. Booking receipts will be sent to your email within 48hrs of payment being received through Paypal and Credit Card but may take up to 5 days if paying by bank deposit. If you have not received the receipts within this time please check you junk email or contact us immediately.
Do i get a tax invoice?
Yes. We provide all customers with a tax invoice upon receiving payment.
What happens if i have any problems in Bali?
When you receive your booking receipt it will contain three contact numbers. The first is of the Bali Tour Company that us providing your activity. You may contact them directly if you need to reschedule, cancel or need any additional information. You are also provided with contact numbers for our office in Australia and the Manager of Bali Success Tours in Bali. If you ever have a problem we are only a phone call away.
Can i book when i'm in Bali?
Yes. Although we recommend you book in advance to secure availability we also do our best to secure last minute bookings. If you wish to book while in Bali please do so through our website. For all last minute bookings we try to get your confirmation and booking receipts to you within a few hours of receiving your booking.
Is booking and paying online safe?
Yes. We are an Australian Registered Company and you are protected by Australian Laws for all bookings and payments you make with us. We use Paypal to process our payments which is considered the safest payment on the internet.
Will I be subject to any additional charges once I have booked and paid?
No. All prices are final apart from bungy jumping which charges a US$5 fee to cover insurance before you jump. Our prices are inclusive of all Australian and Indonesian taxes. Once you have paid there will be no additional charges even if we have a price rise or the exchange rate changes.
I’m not staying near any locations mentioned for free transport?
Unfortunately all tour companies have specifications as to the places they include in their free transport run. If you are staying outside this area you may still participate but transport will not be provided. You may contact us and we will quote you a price for return transport or alternatively we will provide you with the full address and you can catch a taxi.
What happens if i need to cancel my tour?
If you need to cancel please contact us and the Bali Tour Company immediately. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more information on cancellation policies.
Do you accomodate for group bookings?
Yes however for bookings of 6 or more we ask that you contact us to confirm availability before proceeding with the booking process.
Do you cater for corporate events?
We will be more than happy to work with you in planning a corporate event taking your budgets and time limitations into consideration. We ask that you give us sufficent advanced notice so we can accommodate all of your needs and work out an appropriate package for you.
What happens if my activity is cancelled by the tour company?
Fortunately this is a very rare occurance. However if this does happen we offer the following policies:
- You may reschedule another available time to complete your activity OR
- Choose another available activity OR
- Contact us and your money will be refunded in full within 14 days.
