When I first booked with Bali Success tours I was worried that it could all be a hoax, how could it be so simple to book a tour online and save the time in Bali looking at what tour we wanted to do. But it was that simple, and all worked out well, I would not hesitate to do it again, it was really convenient to pay for it in Australia beforhand. I payed through paypal and got my receipt almost straight away. The book work was simple to print off for presentation to tour guides in Bali.

We chose to go to Nusa Lembongan for the day on the fun ship and had an absolute fantastic day there were 9 of us( 4 adults and 5 children,) I would suggest that children be reasonable swimmers as it is based around water sports, however the tour through the island was really imformative and very interesting, what a beautiful island!
The food on the boat was lovely and the staff were very friendly.
I did hear of some other people getting the trip slightly cheaper, however I would rather pay the small amount extra and save the walking and ground work in Bali.

We have recently returned from our 10 day holiday in Bali. We booked an airport transfer, and although our flight was 2 hours late leaving Australia, our driver was there, with a beaming smile. Transport was as described, clean and efficient, and certainly saved hassling for taxis.
We also booked the Bali Fun ship, with a pickup from our Nusa Dua hotel. Once again, pickup was as described, although a little late, which we had become quite accostomed to. Arrival at the ship was well before departure, and the tour itself was excellent. It is about an hour across to Nusa Lembongan. Once there , we ample time for snorkeling, banana boat rides ( umlimited ) and the slide off the back of the boat. There is an optional ( included in the price ) trip to the village which was interesting, and ended up with a swim in the resort pool, which was very welcomed. Lunch on board was also excellent. We had flyers advertising the same trip for considerably more than the Bali Success price, so that made the day even better. All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable day, even the boys aged 12 and 9 had a ball.

Anyone wishing to go to the Bali Safari Park, I recommend the Rhino package, we found it excellent value, we ran out of time to do everything, my six year old grand-daughter had a ball and so did we. So go early, try for opening time. Don’t forget your bathers, great water playground for kids, and swimming area for adults and big kids.

My wife and I went on the Mt Batur volcano trek. We thoroughly enjoyed the climb up the volcano and the hospitality shown by the guides. They allowed us to go at our own pace and were very helpful in hoisting us up the steep bits. As a result we didn’t suffer any stiffness the next day. The view up top was awesome. I’ve never climbed a mountain in the dark, but found it easy. The tour company, Bali Fun and Action, were also terrific in picking us up on time from our hotel at Sanur, and giving us a side tour of a coffee plantation on the way back. We couldn’t have asked for a better day out. Pre-booking the tour in Australiawas so easy through Bali Success Tours and saved us doing it all in Bali.

Hi, We really enjoyed our 3 in 1 adventure tour. I was pleased with the standard of the bikes, the guide was good and the ride enjoyable except for a couple killer hills!!! We are a reasonably fit pair but both thought the ride was just a bit too long, an hour would have been better. The visit to the monkey forest was a bonus!
After the elephant ride we had a photo with the elephants in the water which turned out real nice but I dont remember being asked about one for the rafting, which I would have purchased. Is there any chance of getting one?
We went on May 4 after lunch. There were 2 rafts in our group, in our raft there were my daughter and myself, along with a guy called Dennis as well as the guide/raft instructor. (Sorry, can't remember his name). In the other raft there was a family of 3 (Dad, Mum and a boy) with 2 guides/instructors. We had an absolute ball.
Can recommend the tour and we don't reget doing it all in one day, it was great. Also, the transport to and from base camp was excellent. We will repeat the experience when we return with more family members next year, HOPEFULLY.

Many thanks to BST for the ease and convenience of booking our two tours from Australia recently. The tours we booked - the snorkelling and sunset dinner cruise both at Nusa Dua were good value and well organised. The snorkelling was a pleasant surprise as it seemed to be a preserved area with plenty of fish and you could hand feed them with bread supplied which attracted large shoals around you. This is opposed to previously snorkelling off Sanur where the reef was vitualy fished out! One problem occured with the snorkelling trip when the tour transport went to the wrong Legian hotel and of course, us not being there, went without us. After a phone call to the operative in Nusa Dua they sent a special car to pick us up and when we arrived there they were so apologetic and supplied a special boat and offered us extra time etc. The only negative with the sunset cruise being that by the time we left the harbour it was dark so hardly a sunset cruise! Anyhow it was really well patronised and everyone had a great time.

We read about your website in the West Australian just before we were going to Bali. I booked the Safari and Marine Park Rhino Tour. The website was easy to use and offered plenty of things to do.
When we were in Bali I realised I had got my days muddled up as I thought our tour was on the Sunday when it was the Saturday. As this was mid Saturday morning when I realised I rang the local number for your company in Bali. I explained what had happened and asked if we could go the next day. Your local representative rang me back having checked with the park and said it was no problem.
We were impressed with the park and had an enjoyable time there.

We all enjoyed the acitivites booked via your website - the glass-bottom boat to Turtle Island, Waterbom Park, day spa and especially Odyssey Submarine trip.
Firstly, website quite comprehensive and a great way to book activities/tours at one's own leisure, check/compare prices and pay in AUD. Loved that transfers were included with most/all activities and our drivers were always prompt, courteous and friendly.
My only criticism as such is that with the submarine trip, the website does not actually mention where the submarine itself is actually located or that it involves an hour-and-a-half's drive to get there first (from Nusa Dua), which really adds to the length of the whole activity. Having said that, the submarine ride was fantastic and highly recommended.
I will definitely be referring to the website again for further tours/activities for our next trip to Bali, and look forward to it.

For me the experience of booking direct and paying for the tours before
I left was ideal. It meant I didn't have to carry extra money or place
it on a credit card. The site is easy to use, informative and response
time was quick and effective. As a single mother, I personally didn't
want the hassle of having to barter for a driver/transport and paying
too much and then feeling let down and ripped off.
All the tour operators were on time (not Bali time) and were very
courteous. I had no problem with any of the operators what so ever. The
facilities at each venue were of a good standard and clean. I wasn't
asked or expected to tip and all guides were a valuable source of
information.
The buggy/quad bike tour is a little misleading as the buggy drive was
quite sedate as was the canon tubing. Both were fun for me but younger
people certainly wouldn't be getting their moneys worth. The volcano
trek was exhausting and although I am moderately fit and did succeed I
found it to be very challenging and hard work. The breakfast at the top
was 3 boiled eggs and 2 mashed banana sandwiches.
The free shuttle bus schedule was appreciated but left us little time to
actually enjoy the day. We chose a 10:30-11:00am pick up assuming the
park was close by. It took over an hour to get there and the last
shuttle bus back left a 4:30pm. Had we known how long it took to get
there we would have organised an earlier pick up.
For the horse riding, we stopped for a break and we could have bought
drinks if we had money. I think this should be mentioned at the
beginning of the ride by the operator as it was quite hot and a cool
drink would have been refreshing. Upside-My guide was fantastic, chatty,
informative and handy with a camera.
If I was to return to Bali, I would definitely check out the site again
and book any tours that were appealing. Thanks for making our trip
hassle free.

Cycling tour to Ubud – This was great, guides were fantastic and going through the rice fields and villages was certainly a highlight to the experience. I have recommended this to several other people and if they are ok on bikes and fairly comfortable with riding through certain areas, then it is certainly a go’er and a great experience!
Horse ride – The guides were fantastic, certainly comfortable in managing the horses and ensuring they behaved. We did find this a little slow and boring. Going along the beach is nice, but it takes quite some time and the scenery doesn’t really change too much. Going through the village is good, you get to see things that you wouldn’t on foot. Just a suggestion, but maybe the beach ride can be shortened and if rice fields allow horses through, maybe this can be added to the itinerary? Overall the experience as good, but we did prefer the cycling.

We had a great time in bali and the three tours we booked with you were excellent. Trawler fishing was excellent even though wendy got sick and we had to come back in but the guys that drove us to nusa dua and the guys who took us out were awesome will definatley be doing that one again.
The quad bikes were also fantastic only thing was the bike we were on had probs clicking into gear that however had us in fits of laughter so maybe it was a good thing.
The spa day was o.k it seems to be popular with the japanese and caterers to them more. I think the spa needs to do a few things to improve they need to offer larger bathrobes/ kimonos for us bigger people, the pedicure and manicure were really just painting your nails we expected a proper pedicure/manicure. However in saying that it was a nice day the staff were lovely i could just be being picky.
Everything we booked through you ran smoothly pick up was all at the right time and no problems with activities or transfers.
We had a great time we will definatley be going back and doing quads and trawler fishing again.
