I’m pleased to say I was really impressed with the service your company provided.  From my first email to you, everything was handled professionally and promptly – such a nice change from the problems I experienced with my communications with the hotels and restaurants I visited.  Most importantly of all, the tours themselves were excellent.  The driver was on-time and friendly, and the vehicles were spacious and new.  I’ve already recommended your company to friends who’ll be travelling to Bali soon.   I look forward to using your services again when I’m next in Bali.

Hello Bali Success Tours We booked several tours through your website but there was two tours that stood out more than anything. Wild life safari park Swimming with the dolphins All our tours were fantastic and we enjoyed them all very much, the service provided for all our tours was very professional and we were very happy.  These two tours above were made more memorable because of our driver  Gede.  He showed us several little out of the way places that we would never have experienced otherwise and he made such a difference to our bali experience.  He really stood out above all the other drivers we had.  Nothing was a problem for Gede and he always made us feel comfortable and happy, he was such fun, always making us laugh and very helpful.  We were sad to say to good bye to him (Bali would not be same without him now!!)  We would have no hesitation in booking more tours with your company when we come back to Bali in the future to see our new bali friend Gede. Booking the tours was so easy via the website with reciept of payment and confirmation of tour date and time recieved quickly. We had Gede for our Ubud tour.  He was great with our young children (making them laugh and pointing out things), he was very professional and informative on local information.
Our second tour was with Suri.  Once again just like Gede he was very friendly, informative and helped us achieve all of the tour by stopping at places along the way so that the perfect photo or video could be taken for lasting memories.
Both tours were fantastic and we would without any hesitation recommend Bali Sucess Tours along with out drivers Gede and Suri to future tourists of Bali.

The Team
 I just wanted to say a big thanks to Bali Success Tours.  The tours that were arranged went off without a hitch - everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time.  I think it would be handy to have some extra information about  the Mt Batur walk for sunrise.  I had done my own research and we took our own breakfast.  I think people should be advised that breakfast is very light indeed.  We got up at 1am and didnt get back to our hotel until the afternoon - we were starving, despite taking some of our own snacks.  Generally the tours were very well organised and were fantastic.  The lunch for the scuba dive was also very minimal (salad sandwich and water) - some heads up would help as we were stuck on a boat and could not purchase any other food.  Also, the salad sandwiches were sitting in the sun for hours (despite having a cooler on board the boat??) - we didnt realise until lunch time that they were warm - we ate them as we were hungry and nothing happened to us.  Maybe just a word to the dive master that chicken sandwiches could be stored in the cooler, and maybe a snack or two??  If not, then clearly state what is provided.  Just a couple of very minor suggestions - our trip was unforgettable and hassle free..
